• Are You A Manufacturer Or A Trading Company?

  We are a manufacturer, and we have 100% ownership of our factory.

• What Is Your Production Capacity, And How Long Does It Take To Deliver Orders?

  Our production capacity is between 30 to 40 containers per month. Upon receiving the deposit and accurate production information, we can arrange delivery within 10 days.

• What Payment Terms Do You Offer?

  We require a 30% deposit, and the balance should be paid via T/T within 7 days of receiving the correct copy of the Bill of Lading (BL).

• How Can I Obtain Samples Of Your Products?

  We offer free samples, but the courier fee will be charged to the client. However, once the firm order meets a certain quantity, we will refund the courier fee.

• Can You Help Us Customize Our Brand Logo?

  We are happy to offer this service, but if the logo is registered as a trademark, we will require authorization from the client. Alternatively, clients can provide their ideas, and we will work with them to design a logo.

• Can Different Items Be Packed Together in The Same Container?

  We allow common goods and single variety dangerous items to be packed in the same container, provided that each item meets the minimum order quantity (MOQ). Clients should contact us before placing orders, and we will provide the necessary packing data.

• Can You Create A Formula For Our Product?

  As one of the earliest manufacturers in this industry, we have comprehensive knowledge of the market and experienced staff who can develop filling and packing machines. If clients provide us with their ideas, such as their target market, price range, and materials, we can design a formula for their product.
