2. Do not use any other type of fuel, such as gasoline, kerosene, or oil.

3. Place the fuel in the designated area of your fireplace, ensuring that it is not overfilled and that it does not come into contact with any surrounding objects.

4. Light the fuel using a fireplace lighter or long match, and wait for it to catch fire.

5. Enjoy the warmth and ambiance of your fireplace fuel while monitoring it closely to ensure that it burns safely.

 

1. Always follow the manufacturer's SDS when using fireplace fuel. Failure to do so may result in injury or damage to your property.

2. Keep the fuel out of the reach of children and pets at all times.

3. Ensure that the fireplace is clean and free from any debris before lighting the fuel. This will prevent any potential fire hazards.

4. Never leave a lit fire unattended, and always extinguish the fire before leaving the room or going to bed.

5. Keep a fire extinguisher nearby in case of emergency, and make sure that you know how to use it.

6. Do not attempt to add more fuel to a burning fire. Instead, wait for the fuel to burn out completely before adding more fuel.

7. If you experience any issues or notice any unusual behavior with the fuel or the fireplace, stop using it immediately and seek professional advice.

8. Please keep in a cool and dry place after receipt.

9. When using this product, be careful not to have open flames or heat sources around it.

1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a manufacturer, and we have 100% ownership of our factory.

 

2. What is your production capacity, and how long does it take to deliver orders?

Our production capacity is between 30 to 40 containers per month. Upon receiving the deposit and accurate production information, we can arrange delivery within 10 days.

 

3. What payment terms do you offer?

We require a 30% deposit, and the balance should be paid via T/T within 7 days of receiving the correct copy of the Bill of Lading (BL).

 

4. How can I obtain samples of your products?

We offer free samples, but the courier fee will be charged to the client. However, once the firm order meets a certain quantity, we will refund the courier fee.

 

5. Can you help us customize our brand logo?

We are happy to offer this service, but if the logo is registered as a trademark, we will require authorization from the client. Alternatively, clients can provide their ideas, and we will work with them to design a logo.

 

6. Can different items be packed together in the same container?

We allow common goods and single variety dangerous items to be packed in the same container, provided that each item meets the minimum order quantity (MOQ). Clients should contact us before placing orders, and we will provide the necessary packing data.

 

7. Can you create a formula for our product?

As one of the earliest manufacturers in this industry, we have comprehensive knowledge of the market and experienced staff who can develop filling and packing machines. If clients provide us with their ideas, such as their target market, price range, and materials, we can design a formula for their product.
