Gas Fuel Characteristics

1. Basic pollution-free gas fuel is basically ash-free, and its nitrogen content and sulfur content are much lower than coal and liquid fuels, and the dust content in combustion flue gas is extremely small. The content of sulfide and nitrogen oxides is very low, which is very beneficial to environmental protection. It is basically a non-polluting fuel, and it can also be used in areas with the strictest environmental protection requirements. At the same time, since the gaseous fuel is transported by pipeline, there is no ash, which basically eliminates harmful gas, dust and noise generated during transportation and storage.
2. Easy to adjust Gas is transported through pipelines, as long as the valves and dampers are adjusted accordingly, the gas consumption can be changed, and the load change can be quickly adapted to realize low-oxygen combustion and improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
3. Good workability Compared with liquid fuel, gas fuel is directly supplied by pipelines, and does not need oil storage tanks, daily fuel tanks and other components. Especially compared with heavy oil, measures such as heating and heat preservation can be eliminated, making the gas system simple, easy to operate and manage, and easy to realize automation.
4. It is easy to adjust the calorific value. When burning liquefied petroleum gas, add some air, which can avoid part of the explosion range and adjust the calorific value. According to the gas volume design specification, the low-level calorific value of gas under standard conditions should be greater than 147000kJ/m3.
5. Disadvantages of gas fuel Mixing with air in a certain proportion will form explosive gas. Most of the components of gaseous fuel are suffocating or toxic to humans and animals, so the safety requirements are relatively high.
